Food & Fasting

While at the house we will share three healthy, vegetarian meals per day, using local and organic produce where possible and introducing a light, cleansing diet to prepare you for your solo where you will have the opportunity to fast or take simple provisions with you.

For those of you interested in a deeper cleanse we encourage you to cut down on coffee, animal products, cigarettes and alcohol for at least a week before and will give you more guidance on fasting before you arrive.
